Complete renovation of 1st floor apartment in Plaka, Athens. The apartment was re-designed to be used as a long-term rental residence. Architectural and furniture design Karolos Mukhtaris.

• Complete plumbing of three bathrooms, hammam and kitchen
• Complete cooling-heating installation with vrv type air conditioning units

• Installation of solid wood floors throughout the apartment
• Marble tile floors in the bathrooms
• Special wood and metal constructions
• Replacement of internal doors
• Security entrance doors, wooden (αν γίνεται στο ΕΛ να διορθωθεί το «ξύλινες»)
• Supply and installation of wooden windows
• Balcony construction
• Alarm system
• Double stuccoing and coloring with acrylic paints
