Complete renovation of 3rd floor apartment with simultaneous issuance of a change of use in the Commercial Triangle of Athens, in Monastiraki area. The apartment functioned as office space and was re-designed for long- or short-term rental. Architectural and furniture design Karolos Mukhtaris.
